Preface

I will be exploring here, as often as possible, what is being done to the human mind in the early 21st Century.

We are not who we once were. We no longer fight wars, find love, know God, or talk to one another in the way we had for hundreds of years.

The way we think is and will continued to be altered by our immense and immediate access to information and the way information is now created, consumed, passed on, and remembered.

Our first ancestors would find us unrecognizable in demeanor and technological trapping, though we may yet retain similar moral inclination. We are not acting wholly as even our father’s father’s religion, ethic, or science anticipated.

Continued apace, we soon will no longer be who we are even now.

This may not be bad. It may not be good.

It is unlikely that it will be entirely one or the other, but it is something that must be explored. We must know what has been, is being, and will be lost and found by this transition.
